A rocky road ... no more
From my iPhone’s Journal app just a few minutes ago:
‘so
amanda has helped this happen now
no personal objections left on what has been quite a rocky road
i am assuming liverpool secrecy plus will have british and irish investment
it will need to cover off the setting-up of the holding “nio kvinnor” in stockholm
i won't be employed by the british or irish directly, though if they have a part of the holding this will be partly the case
but my contract of employment and residence and fiscal stuff is stockholm
i can also sign a long-term contract of any role you think relevant for liverpool and related
an internal group-related supply of services or some such similar which obligates me to spend a certain amount of my time in liverpool and related
ip we've already discussed
internally free-to-use that which has already been thought-up
new secrecy plus member ip is then exclusively licensed internally amongst members
no forward commercialisation agreements external to the group except white labels with an obvious “powered by” tagline
all of that must, however, be given the periodic ok by the holding but it shall be agile with clear sla structures re decision-making processes of a group nature
discovery and consulting as discussed
most of the holding's own spending will involve ongoing investment by the same into these discovery and consulting processes, and will constitute the main source of future income of that part of the entity that is the holding, which will ensure in time no further injections of capital by investment stakeholders at this level
all secrecy plus members will have regional clients exclusive to them which they support
any confusion about who gets what clients is the final decision of the holding, but criteria will be clear and even public
at startup, secrecy plus members will be engaged in partnering with larger-tech/big-tech with the latter focussing exclusively on the engineering of solutions directed by sp-delivered and holding-overseen discovery and consulting datasets
if the sp members grow big enough, they may wish to integrate in-house software and hardware development
this will happen if business criteria can be shown to justify such a risk
if in the future legacy versions of discovery and consulting (not latest versions, though) are considered worthy of white-labelling themselves, holding and secrecy plus members can explore this for tech partners and clients which have demonstrated their integrity re our missions and values, and which would like to explore a different relationship amongst these four parties of overlapping interest
if sp members directly deliver discovery and consulting, the process and outcomes will be inspected and audited on an ongoing basis by holding to maintain brand quality, etc
sp members can choose to outsource to holding staff or upskill in discovery and consulting to deliver both themselves
if the former is chosen, a move to the latter can be made at any appropriate juncture
the move back to outsourcing to the holding is equally possible at any time
we'll draw up transparent criteria — again, these can be public — re supply lines and their compliance with our group-wide mission and values
although sp members are local and regional, their compliance will be in terms of what is acceptable — even preferable — in the holding's jurisdiction and business culture: that is, sweden
we don't aim to repeat what pwc cyprus did at the beginning of the eu sanctions on russia for ukraine
this is absolutely a red flag for me and a red line not to be crossed by ourselves, ever
we want to have the best mission and values across all parts of the group: not something which is perpetually finessed to make life easier/more profitable where local regulations and laws permit
not sure if there's anything else we need to outline
sweden
uk and ireland
the us
plus private investment from these countries
yeah?’
