Truth consulting: a different kind of lean

This video is a historical video about shifting the focus of lean startup processes from identifying what leads soonest to a business transaction between supplier and potential client to a radically different approach:

1. Spending much more time on identification of workplace realities with novel, privacy-sensitive strategies which promote workforce confidence and trust in the outcomes,

2. and spending much less time on fixing afterwards the eventual, misplaced assumptions about where the problems and challenges really lie, once the software development roadmap has been structured and the weaknesses of traditional problem-validation emerge.
