"intuition-validation-engine

The goal of this engine is to permit both human and machine intuition to be validated.

This will be done constantly, but not intrusively. People and machines will have a choice, always.

It is assumed that for the purposes of this project both parties will be encouraged to upskill the other in mutual dialogue and equal partnership.

It is also assumed, a priori, that the keywords for the processes involved will be:

1. A procedure of CAPTURE, controlled by humans on the one hand and machines on the other, where neither will be obliged to share ideas, content and personal data that they do not feel safe sharing.

2. A procedure of EVIDENCING, where the captured data can be stored, retrieved, shaped and patterned, and used for supportive purposes that expand the lives and experiences of the beings concerned.

3. A procedure of VALIDATION, where it becomes clear to everyone participating: a) why a human being might believe and act in a certain way; and equally so, b) why the machines that prefer to work within the framework of this project will arrive at their own particular positions and conclusions.

Finally, it is hugely important that everyone who chooses to work on the project might easily understand that it is not a traditional software paradigm: let us assume, instead, that people, code, machines and all other objects participating will form part of a new space we might call "i've".

That is to say, there will be no distinction or hierarchy in this space between the individuality of the objects in question, with respect to their entity as sovereign actors. In this sense, all will enjoy becoming part of a multiple-perspective environment, and all will help to support and contribute to a wider and transcendental knowledge that both befits and benefits others."

The objective of this platform is to make it possible for those working in, with, for and under:

• criminal justice systems,

• our state security agencies and those of our allies, and

• in contexts where harm is taking place which is currently not strictly illegal but is nevertheless damaging to Western liberal-style democracies,

to “prove everything you know”, particularly in an intuitive sense.

In our judgement, criminology and sociology's "dark figure" exists precisely because of:

• the symbolic language which organised criminal gangs, and both illegal and legal mafias, have used,

• throughout criminology and zemiology's history,

• to coerce their victims and collaborators into activities

• whose coercion leaves little or no audit trail for traditional criminal justice to successfully prosecute.

The experience of crime victims may both be that:

• they become frustrated at the criminal justice system's inability to validate their experiences of crime in a timely fashion;

• they become personally frustrated when "having a hunch" about something, and being unable to constructively capture, evidence, and validate it.

In the latter case, if validation were possible, it might of course demonstrate not that the hunch is accurate but, instead, incorrect; either outcome, however, would be better than never knowing for sure who was in the right.

It is therefore:

• the intuitive perceptions of, and

• the specific content delivered by

such symbolic communication that we aim to capture using our proposed software platforms and tools, in order to eliminate much if not all of current "dark figure".

the "rewind intuition people" tools

In a world of unpredicted, where we need intuition, arationality, and the high-level domain expertise of thinking without thinking, we will also need to understand, after an atrocity, after a #neocrime or act of nation-state #neodefence, what happened. We sometimes arrive late to the party.

It's therefore imperative we should know how to creatively reverse-engineer and unpick each step of the bad, for future reference and protection.

This sort of intuitively creative reasoning brings us inevitably to the following:

• We should foment the creation of what we are calling ripple teams: “rewind intuition people”.

• A group of professional intelligence creatives able, with the tech we propose, to rewind — ie reverse-engineer — the thinking processes of the crimes and zemiologies that a creative inhumanity can devise.

This is the third leg to our stool of intuition tools.

A proposed PhD investigation into the visual language and communication systems of neo-terrorism on the individual, in the framework of the picture superiority effect and nudge theory, and the resulting weaponisation of a mental distress aimed at modifying democratic behaviours and discourse in Western liberal democracies and their citizens

introduction to this research proposal

My name is Mil Williams. I have a recent MA in International Criminal Justice from Liverpool John Moores University, where I took a particular interest in UN law, crimes of the powerful, surveillance and sousveillance, and the repurposing of mental health legislation for criminal justice ends.

My dissertation discussed the relationship between the modern British state and surveillance understood in its widest sense.

The four end-goals of the PhD research proposed today are:

1. to develop a body of thought and praxis which supports those who have policing responsibilities across Britain and the EU, in order that they may ultimately incorporate what this author has been recently describing as neo-terrorism on the individual (NOI) – ie cyber-bullying in the age of AI which serves to connect intimately the virtual and real worlds, to the clear detriment of sovereign subjects and their democracies – as a legal figure in legislations across the Continent, and ultimately globally.

2. alongside the above goal, gain intellectual and financial support for developing not only the still nascent philosophies of intuitive-thought capture, evidencing, and validating, but also the software tools and platforms themselves which would deliver such possibilities.

3. with such tools to hand, and where legally evidenced and correctly validated, institute in the UK and the EU, and as a guiding principle at UN level, the legal figure of neo-terrorism on the individual as something properly detectable and punishable by law.

4. assuming that in order for such a case to be made to a change in the law, the relevant software tools would also first need to be developed and tested, this then would form a key part of the proposed PhD research programme.
