To license any of these USE-CASES (in this case not domains), the cost is 50,000 GBP (or equivalent) annually, paid upfront, where the purpose is the same as the whitepaper outlines, and 100,000 GBP (or equivalent) annually, paid upfront, where the purpose is different and has been contractually agreed to first.
Minimum periods of blocks of three years apply.
Conditions do apply in respect of what we see as legitimate licensing purposes. Please ask for more information.
In addition to the flat-rate licensing fees above, we will require a payment from annual revenues of 5 percent. The amount in question will be payable in every case at the end of the client’s (that is, your) financial year. It will be payable before those of any other creditors, except salaries for employees.
Zero revenues cannot be carried forward, and we will bear no responsibility for them, nor necessarily invest in the continuance of the use-case in question.
Service rates for project management and/or contracted software-development services under our responsibility are available on request. They will depend on an assessment of needs carried out by our consultants at our cost, with a maximum of three hours of discovery time, and are competitive in the current European/UK+I marketplaces.
