Introduction
This presentation is in two parts:
The first part was inspired by the publication of a book called “Resisting AI”, by Dan McQuillan. In response to some of the ideas, it addresses AI and IT architectures in particular.
The second part has a broader remit, and looks to bring together ideas around creativity in the workplace; how #onebestway, whilst virtuous in many respects, doesn’t promote creativity; and why getting dirty and being able to tweak what you have in front of you needs to be a key part of any workplace design which aims to innovate and even invent.
